The authorization record is used to record the report of the unlocking records for the sub-lock and master-lock. When we have authorized unlocking in monitoring, Delivery list, or slave lock authorization in Commands–>Binding Slave Lock interface, we can view it in the authorization record after the authorization is successful.
Operation steps: Reports -> Authorization Records -> Select Company and Time Period, then you can query the corresponding data.
If the lock is not unlocked after the expiration time, the unlocking authority of this authorization will be automatically invalidated, and the authorization status will be displayed as: the expiration is over; the lock can be unlocked multiple times before the expiration;
If the lock is successfully unlocked in the applet, the unlocking method, unlocking time, and location will be recorded, and the authorization status will remain unchanged;
If you need to forcibly end the authorization, you can click the end authorization icon in the operation to end the authorization, and the authorization status will change to: Ended, no more unlocking is allowed;
You can also enter the authorized person and authorization status for data query as needed.

The authorization record report data and detailed data can be exported to Excel, Word and PDF formats for viewing.
