Product upgrade supports automatic upgrade and manual upgrade.
auto update
- Enter the automatic upgrade page, scan the QR code or barcode to identify the Bluetooth address of the electronic lock, or manually enter it;
After scanning the QR code of the device, the upgradeable firmware information of the device type will be obtained online, and the firmware information will be maintained by our company;
Click the upgrade button behind the firmware to perform the upgrade operation. After the upgrade is successful, the firmware of the Bluetooth lock will be updated to this version of the firmware.
Manual upgrade
- On the manual upgrade page, scan the QR code or barcode to identify the Bluetooth address of the electronic lock, or you can manually enter it;
After scanning the QR code of the Bluetooth lock, select the corresponding upgrade firmware on the phone (the firmware needs to be copied to the phone), and click the “Upgrade” button to upgrade;
After the upgrade is successful, the firmware of the Bluetooth lock will be updated to the firmware of this version.
