Jointech Cloud2.0 WEB Quick Guide

Log in

1、Open platform login link：http://cloud.jointcontrols.com:8090

2. Enter the user name, password, and verification code, and click Login to log in successfully and jump to the homepage;

User management

1. After the administrator account is logged in, you need to assign accounts to other personnel. At this time, you can enter the management-user management module to create a new one;

2. Click the “create” button to pop up the user addition page, enter user information, and configure function permissions and module permissions according to the user’s role;

3. Associate the corresponding project to which project the user manages, and the user expiration date defaults to 20 years later, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation;

4. After confirming that the information is correct, click the “Save” button to pop up a message indicating that the save is successful, and the user is successfully created and can log in to the platform for use;

5. The newly added user will become a sub-account of the administrator account and will be displayed in the tree diagram on the left.

Device management

1. Enter the management-device management module;

2. Click the “create” button to pop up a new page, enter the device ID, SIM card, IMEI number, remarks and other information, select the device type, and the items with * are required;

3. At this time, because there is no asset information yet, the bound asset can be left empty first. After the information is entered, click “comfirm”, and the device information will be successfully established after the successful save pop-up, which can be viewed on the list page;

4. Click the shrink icon to hide the company information on the left to facilitate the viewing of the information.

5. In addition to creating new device, you can also modify and delete device information, which will not be repeated here. Detailed operations can be viewed in the Jointech Coud2.0 Web based user guide.

Batch Import：
The above is a single establishment of device information, you can also import a lot of device information together through batch import;

1. First, you need to download and import the template, and fill in the information according to the template;

2. Select the file to import in batches. After importing, save and add batches successfully;

3. If the asset is filled in the import file, the asset information will be added automatically when the device is imported.

Asset management

1. Enter the management-asset management module;

2. Click the “create” button, a new page will pop up, enter the asset name, asset number, select the group, operation type, box type, transportation validity and other information, and you can also upload the asset picture. The items with * are required;

3. If it is a container, choose the type of asset as: container;

4. If the establishment of device and driver information has been completed, the device and driver information can be bound when creating a new asset;

5. Click the text box at the ‘bind device’ to jump to the device selection page

6. Click “Select” to complete the device selection, and automatically return to the new page to display the device ID;

7. A car can be bound to two drivers. According to actual needs, see if the driver information needs to be bound. Click the text box of the master driver/co-driver, and the driver selection page will pop up;

8. After the driver is selected, it will automatically return to the new page to display the selected driver’s name;

9. After the information is confirmed to be correct, click “OK” to prompt that the save is successful, and the new asset information is successfully created, which can be viewed on the list page;

10. In addition to creating a new asset, you can also modify, delete and view detailed operations on the asset information, which will not be repeated here. The detailed operations can be viewed in the Jointech Cloud2.0 WEB User Guide.

Batch Import：
The above is a single creation of asset information, and you can also import a lot of asset information together through batch import;

1. In the tree structure on the left, the selected group will come out with a batch import button and template download;
   

2. First, you need to download and import the template, and fill in the information according to the template;

3. Select the file to import in batches. After importing, save and add batches successfully;

4. If the device ID is filled in the import file, the device information will be added automatically when the asset is imported.

Driver management

1. Enter the management -driver management module;

2. Click the”create” button to enter the new driver page, enter the driver’s basic information, you can upload the driver’s photo and driver’s license image, the items with * are required;

3. Do not bind the main driver’s vehicle and the assistant driver’s vehicle. There is no information about the asset. After the information is confirmed, click the “OK” button. A prompt of successful save will pop up and the driver information has been created successfully, which can be viewed on the list page;

4. In addition to creating a new driver, you can also modify and delete driver information and view detailed operations, which will not be repeated here, and the details can be viewed in the Jointech Cloud2.0 WEB User Guide.

Monitring

After the device is online, you can see the current real-time positioning information of the asset bound to the device in the monitoring;

1. On the right side, all assets information will be displayed. You can select assets by searching, or you can select all or select a asset or a device;

2. Click the asset number below, the info window will pop up on the map page, and the asset information and device status information will be displayed on the right;
   The system will match the corresponding function permissions according to the different intelligence of the access device. For example, the smart electronic lock product can be unlocked, and the video camera device can demand real-time video of the current driver.

3. Click the icon to view the track playback in the info window to jump to the track playback page.

4. If the device is equipped with a slave lock, a slave lock icon will appear in the info window. After entering, click on a slave lock to open the slave lock.

View Tracks

1. Enter the View Tracks module, select the asset and date range to be queried, and query the tracks data;
   

2. If you want to view the parking, alarm and unlock& lock information of the asset, you can select these three icons and then query;

3. The parking icon, speeding alarm icon and unlock& lock icon will be displayed on the map;

4. You can also check the Enable track optimization program to filter out tracks with a speed of 0 and drifting.

If you need to perform operation and maintenance operations on the device through commands, you can refer to the Jointech Cloud2.0 WEB User Guide of this functional module. The operations corresponding to the product type are different.
