The intelligent operation management station management currently under development by the company is a functional module that is deeply bound to the Jiutong Cloud system. With in-depth discussions with target customers, customers hope to be able to independently operate without using the Jiutong Cloud system based on the existing device operation and maintenance and allocation management process of the intelligent operation management station, so as to help them solve the current problems of difficult device operation and maintenance, messy management, and low device allocation and turnover rate. Therefore, we need to unbind the management module of the intelligent operation management station from the Jiutong Cloud system to achieve the purpose of independent operation of the intelligent operation management station.
The system is mainly divided into three ends: WEB backend management, APP end, and intelligent operation management station.
The main functions of web backend management are: full view, use authorization, allocation authorization, message reminder, alarm reminder, log query, management panel, system management, and security monitoring.
Full view: It mainly displays the overall view of the intelligent operation management station, and supports two display modes (card overview and map overview). The main displayed information includes the summary information of the device in the station and the device status.
Receipt authorization: mainly issue the receipt authorization form. After the issuance is successful, the device can be scanned and collected at the intelligent operation management station through this QR code. When authorizing the receipt form, you can specify the device type, the number of receipts and the effective time. There are roughly three types of receipt forms, and the three types can specify the corresponding types of device to be collected.
Transfer authorization: Transfer authorization is mainly used to generate a transfer form. After the transfer form is generated, it is displayed as an authorization QR code, and this QR code can be used to transfer device.
Message reminder: mainly used to record the operation records of device collection, return, transfer in, and transfer out, as well as the alarm information of the intelligent operation management station.
Alarm reminder: mainly used to record the alarm information of the intelligent operation management station.
Management panel: used for the management of sites, operation stations, users, device, roles, and upgrades. The management panel is mainly divided into six functions: site management, operation station management, user management, device management, role management, and upgrade management.
Site management: used to maintain the site information of the organization and the intelligent operation management station.
Operation station management: used to maintain the intelligent operation management station information.
User management: used to assign users to the organization, configure functional permissions, and other functions.
device management: used to assign devices that can be operated at the operation management station to the organization.
Role management: mainly used to create roles for the organization. The role is assigned with corresponding permissions and saved. The role under the organization can be used when creating and modifying users in the user management interface.
Upgrade management: mainly used for APP upgrades, downloads, and other functions.
Log query: used to query the operation and use of the system and device. Log query is mainly divided into two functions: operation log and device usage log

System management: used to configure system information: mainly time zone configuration, default map, default display page, QR code encryption key configuration, low inventory email reminder configuration, etc.
Security monitoring: used to view the monitoring of the intelligent operation management station. Log query is mainly divided into two functions: video monitoring and video playback.
Video monitoring: used to view the real-time monitoring of the intelligent operation management station.
Video playback: mainly used to view the monitoring playback function of the intelligent operation management station.
