The smart operation cabinet has a fault reporting function. The specific fault reporting is divided into three types: device fault reporting, cabinet fault reporting, and cabinet full fault reporting. The fault reporting entrance is in the upper right corner of the charging cabinet. Click the word “fault reporting” in the upper right corner of the screen to switch to the “fault reporting type” page. Select one of the types according to the fault situation.
Example: Select device fault reporting -> enter device ID (you can directly scan the device QR code) -> fault reporting reason -> contact number -> contact person, fill in the form correctly and confirm, then the fault report can be processed and maintained in the smart operation station web. (Note: The same applies to the other two types of fault reporting)
